Volunteers

Beginning with Books needs your help to fulfill our mission. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to suit your schedule and interests. Do you have an hour a week to read with a child? Would you and your family like to help with a special event? Are you a skilled public speaker? Do you prefer to remain behind the scenes?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we need you!

Whether you read with a child, greet families at Storywalk, hand out cookies at Biggest Bedtime Story Ever, represent Beginning with Books at a community event, or place bookplates in books being distributed to local families you are helping to open doors, strengthen families, and remove economic barriers.
